Senior Management Consultant - Clinical Transformation

ACS HCS currently has an opening for a Senior Management Consultant for our Clinical Transformation group. This Senior Management Consultant position will lead our billable client engagements involving a healthcare provider organization’s enterprise wide clinical transformation projects. Within the realm of Information Technology, areas of focus will be the following:

• Conducting interviews of current clinical staff at client sites
• Review current state clinical processes, facilitate discussion on future processes, facilitate discussion of gaps between current and future state.
• Developing solutions to move from current clinical state to future state.

Qualifications

A successful candidate should have 10+ years experience in a senior level and/or management role in a healthcare provider setting plus the following:

• Former Management Consulting experience in the Healthcare provider industry with a focus on Information Technology
• Degree in Nursing; advanced/graduate degree preferred
• Very strong functional clinical experience either as a practitioner or management consultant in EMR, eMAR, CPOE, Clinical Documentation, Order Management, Results Reporting and other clinical IT areas
• Enterprise level assessments of clinical processes
• Performing contract negotiations
• Proven client and engagement management skills
