Release/Version Update Assistance

Version update assistance ranges from a Comprehensive support (a PM and a full consultant team) to single Project Manager or Consultant to provide services ranging from management to testing to training support to supplement client project resources and skill mix.

Comprehensive: Project Manager and a team of consultants

Testing coordination: facilitate development of test plans, scripts and testing process Coordinate DTS, integrated and cycle testing activities in coordination with User Groups Document training implications as identified by User Groups

Training coordination: facilitate development of training strategy and documentation Manage upgrade resources; vendor coordination

• Report progress and manage issues
• Document test results and issues impacting implementation
• Provide go-live and post-live support
