Implementation

Implementation support ranges from a single Project Manager or Consultant to a full consultant team to supplement the client project resources and skill mix. The consultants will work collaboratively with the teams throughout the implementation process including dictionary design/build; applications testing and management; facilitation of training plan development; go-live planning and execution; and transition documentation.

Representative Deliverables:

• Guidance and assistance with configuration and build of the modules
• Guidance and assistance with development of a training strategy, materials and user manuals
• Guidance and assistance with development and execution of test plans for applications (unit testing) and system (integrated) testing
• Recommendations related to development of application downtime procedures
• Recommendations related to development of post-live applications support structure and helpdesk
• Go-live planning and support Knowledge transfer to client staff
• Facilitation of documentation for use in presentations to Executive Steering Committee, etc., as requested
• Facilitation of post-live review and lessons learned
• Periodic status reports and other forms of documentation
