Today ACS-HCS provides outsourcing services to hospitals, healthcare systems, academic medical centers, clinics, and Hospice and Ambulance service(s).
ACS-HCS anticipates considerable growth in Transformational Outsourcing Solutions over the coming years.
ACS-HCS is currently conducting a search for a Vice President, Operations, for Transformational Outsourcing Solutions.  This executive position, reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President of Transformational Outsourcing, is responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the Transformational Outsourcing Solutions organization.
The Vice President has responsibility for the management and development of a growing portfolio of clients to include 24 x 7 operation and support of multiple data centers.
The Vice President has responsibility for the management and delivery assurance of existing and on-going contracts; manages the due diligence process, negotiation and management of new contracts.
The Vice President has responsibility for Profit and Loss management and reporting to include the preparation of capitol and operating budgets each fiscal year.
The Vice President has responsibility for the recruitment, retention and leadership of the resources necessary to staff multi-outsourcing business models. The Vice President has responsibility for the creation, execution and governance of Policies and Procedures.

To be considered for the Vice President, Operations, Transformation Outsourcing Solutions position, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Senior level management of an outsourcing organization,
• Healthcare Consultative services to include Strategic Planning
• Due diligence, contract development, negotiation and management,
• Delivery of outsourcing (BPO/ITO) projects,
• Profit and Loss management
• Budget preparation,
• Resource staffing, retention and leadership,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry to include market trends,
• An undergraduate degree is required; Masters Degree is preferred.
